The coach is there for being neutral. They aren’t a buddy or loved one that has a stake within your actions; a coach gained’t gain or experience what ever you are doing. That’s a very good issue. It means They are really there exclusively in your case devoid of acquiring their own individual opinions or biases. Alex (not their real title)
